个人简历

2005年09月–2009年07月,天津大学化工学院化学工程与工艺专业学习,获工学学士学位;

2009年09月–2014年07月,中国科学院大学长春应用化学研究所无机化学专业学习,获理学博士学位;

2015年03月–2018年05月,合肥工业大学大学材料科学与工程学院流动站从事博士后研究,博士后

2014年07月–至今,合肥工业大学工作,历任讲师(2014.07)、副教授(2016.12)。

主要研究领域、方向

硕士生招生专业:化学(学术型);材料与化工(专业型)

目前的研究方向:半导体薄膜和器件;光电功能材料和应用;可见光响应光催化材料的设计

主讲本科生课程:《化工原理》、《科技英语写作》、《化工原理实验》、《化学综合实验》

研究成果(代表性成果)

(1)半导体薄膜和器件:基于半导体纳米晶及半导体薄膜制备过程繁冗,发展了简单绿色制备方式。这项工作得到国家自然科学基金资助(No. 51502070)。

(2)光电功能材料和应用:全无机量子点发光二极管的构筑。

(3)可见光响应光催化材料的设计:纳米结构多金属半导体及其异质结在光催化中的应用。
